TRX pistol squats

I am definitely feeling these ones today. This is a pistol squat with the assistance of a TRX. Pistol squats build monstrous leg strength while simultaneously improving balance and mobility. It also helps create symmetry. Work up to this one though. If not properly prepared, a person could get hurt.
