Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

4, 6oz pork tenderloins

2/3 cup ketchup

1 tbsp olive oil

1.5 tbsp Apple cidar vinegar

1.5 tbsp Brown sugar splenda mix

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp mustard powder

1.5 cups chicken broth

Pepper

Put the tenderloins in the cooker. Pour the chicken broth over the tenderloins. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients into a paste. Smear over the tenderloins. Set the cooker to high and cook for 4 to 4.5 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours. Serves 4.
