Chocolate peanut butter mug cake

This tastes way better than it looks. I swear. It is also one of the easiest things I’ve ever prepared.

Ingredients

1 egg.

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1.5 tbsp. water

1 tbsp. peanut butter.

Add all the ingredients into a mug. Mix them together really well with a whisk. Put in the microwave for 1:15. Get the cake out of the mug with a knife and enjoy.

Fat: 12g

Carbohydrates: 3g

Protein: 33g
